Do you offer a warranty on your restored antique clocks?
Yes. Every restored antique clock includes a 12-month mechanical warranty.
If you experience a mechanical issue, please contact us before returning your clock. In many cases, we can help diagnose the problem and advise the best solution without the need for return.
Customers are responsible for the shipping costs when returning a clock for warranty service.
The warranty covers the restored mechanical movement under normal domestic use. It does not cover accidental damage, misuse or improper handling.

What if my order arrives damaged?
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We'll do everything we can to make it right.
